Our Sports Therapy | Rehab program has state-of-the-art facilities in Branford, Cheshire, Essex, Fairfield, Guilford, Hamden, Milford, Orange, Shelton, Trumbull and Wallingford. Our dedicated staff has expertise in pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation, musculoskeletal injuries, sports medicine, and many other conditions.
Before we start any treatment, you’ll be evaluated by a Licensed Physical or Occupational Therapist. He or she will develop short- and long-term rehabilitation goals to measure your progress. Your therapist at Sports Therapy | Rehab works closely with you and your physician to develop a plan of care that combines therapeutic exercise with functional training and manual techniques. As your therapy progresses, we’ll reevaluate you as needed to make sure your goals are met.

Physical Therapy Residency
Connecticut Orthopaedics’ Sports Therapy | Rehab offers a one-year therapy residency for Orthopedic Physical Therapy. The program offers a challenging curriculum, dedicated mentorship, and institutional support to provide advanced training and education in orthopedic rehabilitation.
